Cocoa Butter [Theobroma Cacao Seed Butter]

Native to countries in Central and Latin America, cocoa butter is the fat obtained from the seeds of the Theobroma Cacao tree. Cocoa butter is full of stearic, oleic, and palmitic acid, as well as antioxidant properties that make it highly effective in protecting, moisturizing and penetrating into the skin and hair! 🙌🏾 It also helps to aid in the elasticity of the skin and hair, while leaving it hydrated💦 and protected🛡 from environmental damage and free radicals!

Cupuacu Butter [Theobroma Grandiflorum Seed Butter]

Theobroma Grandiflorum Seed Butter, commonly known as Cupuacu Butter, is obtained by cold-pressing the fruit seeds of the Cupuacu tree, native to the Amazon Rainforest! 🌴  Related to the Theobroma Cacao tree, it is rich in essential fatty acids, minerals such as selenium and calcium, phytonutrients, and vitamins A, B, and C. It contains anti-aging properties, promotes elasticity, and strengthens the hair, 💪🏾 all while helping to retain water, preventing moisture loss and keeping the hair hydrated and soft!

Pracaxi Oil [Pentaclethra Macroloba Seed Oil]

Pracaxi oil is derived from the Pentaclethra Macroloba tree which is natively found in the Neotropics-–including countries found in the Caribbean and South + Central America! Pracaxi oil is rich in oleic, linoleic, and behenic fatty acids that make it extremely beneficial in moisturizing hair and skin!💧It also creates a barrier on the hair shaft, keeping your strands protected from the sun–all while giving your hair added smoothness and sheen! 👏🏾

Rahua Oil, Patauá Oil, Seje Oil, or Bataua Oil [Oenocaprus Bataua Fruit Oil]
Also native to countries in Central and South America, 🌎 Rahua oil is an oil expressed from the fruit of Oenocarpus bataua. It’s rich in oleic, linoleic, palmitic fatty acids, as well as vitamin E, making it a great moisturizer for dry hair! Rahua oil contains antioxidants and antibacterial properties that help balance and restore the scalp! Rahua oil easily penetrates the hair shaft, making it a great emollient that nourishes and provides hair strands with a natural sheen! 🤩🌈✨
